Your Hone monthly clinical, administrative, and technology fee is based on an annual clinical program, with total costs of $300 per year, excluding medication costs. You will be charged 1/12 of the annual fee each month and may cancel at any time. As a convenience to you, Hone serves as your payment processing agent for the fees. $120.00 is payable to Broad Health P.A. or affiliated medical practice for your clinical services and medical consults.
$180.00 is payable to Hone (Time Therapeutics, Inc.) for non-clinical benefits (e.g., access to the online platform, technology, member support, credit card processing fees, and operational services)
