Your Hone Health Membership is based on an annual clinical program, with total costs of $1,548 per year, excluding medication costs. You will be charged 1/12 of the annual fee each month and may cancel at any time. As a convenience to you, Hone serves as your payment processing agent for the fees. The itemized price breakdown is as follows:

$900.00 is payable to Broad Health P.A. or other affiliated-medical practices for your clinical services and medical consults.

$133.00 is payable to the clinical laboratory for lab testing.

$515.00 is payable to Hone (Time Therapeutics, Inc.) for non-clinical membership benefits (e.g., access to the online platform, technology, member support, credit card processing fees, and operational services).

If the physician determines treatment is not appropriate based on their medical decision making and laboratory results, you will be refunded your initial $129 membership fee.
